AIMLASER offers small and mini laser diode modules with customized solutions. Available wavelengths include 450nm, 520nm, 635nm, 650nm, 780nm, and 850nm, with output power ranging from 1-5mW. The compact laser head housings come in various sizes, such as 3.3×8mm, 3.85×8.5mm, 4×10mm, and 6×12mm. These modules feature optical glass lenses and operate on input voltages of 3V to 5V DC.
Our miniature laser modules are designed for small size, low power consumption, and a compact structure while delivering a high-quality beam. They comply with ROHS, FDA, IEC, and SGS standards, ensuring stable performance and a lifespan of over 8,000 hours. FDA and IEC certifications are available, along with a one-year warranty.
The 850nm 5mW infrared laser diode module, featuring a collimated beam, is widely used in gun laser sights, laser grips, laser aiming devices, night vision systems, laser barcode scanners, miniature laser tools, and precision instruments for laser positioning, alignment, and scanning applications.
